Safety0d0a The Area Supervisor shall keep copies of the daily  inspection forms
for at least one year and shall regularly 28e.g., once  per month29 verify that
the checklists are being properly used. This  verification should be documented
in some manner 28e.g., initial and date  the last checklist for that month29.
The Area Supervisor shall also  investigate problems and implement corrective
actions, up to and  including lockout of the lift truck
