     Daily Safety Inspection

 The Area Supervisor shall keep copies of the daily inspection forms for at least one year and shall regularly (e.g., once per month) verify that the checklists are being properly used. This verification should be documented in some manner (e.g., initial and date the last checklist for that month). The Area Supervisor shall also investigate problems and implement corrective actions, up to and including lockout of the lift truck
