شاخص عملكرد ايمني شركت هاي نفت و گاز

 در علم مديريت ، كنترل ، به عنوان يكي از اركان مديريت (برنامه ريزي ، سازماندهي ، فرماندهي ، هدايت و كنترل)  مطرح مي گردد . به همين صورت در سيستم هاي مديريت ايمني نيز وجود يك سيستم كنترل الزامي مي باشد . جهت ايجاد كنترل مناسب نياز به وجود شاخص هاي كنترلي كمي مي باشدو در اين خصوص يكي از واحدهايي كه شاخص هاي كنترل عملكردي مناسبي ارائه نموده است OGP مي باشد . شاخص عملكرد ايمني شركت هاي نفت و گاز اين مجموعه ، در دوره هاي زماني مختلف از سوي OGP منتشر مي گردد .

 با مطالعه اين شاخص ها ،با توجه به حضور ايران در اين مجموعه مي توان مقايسه مناسبي ميان وضعيت ايمني در شركت هاي نفت و گاز ايران و ساير اعضاء مشاهده نمود .

همچنين اين فايل مي تواند براي ساير واحدهاي صنعتي نيز فرصت مطالعه مناسبي در خصوص انواع شاخص ها ، نحوه مقايسه معني دار ، نوع نگرش به شاخص ها ، ارائه ديدگاه هاي جديد داشته باشد .

   The principal purpose of the data collection and analysis is to record the global safety performance of the contributing OGP member companies, each year. The annual reports provide trend analysis, benchmarking and the identification of areas and activities on which efforts should be focused to bring about the greatest improvements. The OGP incident reporting system covers worldwide exploration and production (E&P) operations, both onshore and offshore, and includes incidents involving both member companies and their contractor employees. The key indicators presented are: number of fatalities, fatal accident rate, lost time injury frequency, restricted work day case + lost time injury frequency and total recordable injury rate. The report presents contributing OGP members’ global results for these indicators, which are then analysed by region, function and company. A code is used to preserve the anonymity of the reporting company, which will typically report its own data as well as that of its associated contractors
